- Writing curricula (for trainings in professional schools and organizations
- Developing case simulations and case studies (from regions around the world)
- Offering university course
- Teaching undergraduates at Harvard University
- Teaching students at graduate schools across Harvard (HLS, HMS, etc.)
- Convening academic and public conferences
- Convening a monthly "INP Distinguished Speaker Series," where scholars, political leaders, and practitioners offer insights into the emotional dimensions of conflict management
- Convening a "Mass Violence Seminar" to be attended by scholars and practitioners; seminar in conjunction with INP's Dr. Robert Jay Lifton
- Holding occasional academic conferences on how to deal with aspects of the emotional and identity-based dimensions of large-scale conflict (e.g., "Negotiating the Sacred")
- Providing trainings at the local, regional, and global level
- Training government officials, conflict management practitioners, and business, religious, and community leaders
- Offering senior executive seminars, such as "Negotiation: Dealing with Emotions"
- Establishing global partnerships with academic institutions in key global locations
- Spreading new research and practical frameworks to key partners around the world
- Encouraging partners to further spread key ideas locally and regionally
